How do I cheat?

Hello everyone, i`m the new one. I`ve used earlier versions like 6.2 6.3 and so on, now i use the latest 7.1
I play 2d game shooter and I can play with enabled speedhack normally 7-10 minutes few tournaments and then i have awful lags and ping is increasing from stable 40 to 70-90(freezeing wild)(in GOOGLE CHROME).
Maybe u have some quick tips what browser to use with speedhack or I should make something in CE settings, thanks.
By the way I use low values. maximum 1.007-1.009
