I downloaded CE 7.1 and select cheatengine-x86_64.exe. Then i went to Memory viewer->Tools->Inject dll. When i injected i got this error "Failed to Find NtConvertBetweenAuxiliaryCounterAndPerformanceCounter". How do i solve this? i mean when others do it, it works for the same dll that they injected.

Are you on windows 10 build 1703 or later?
Earlier windows versions don't have that function
