It is not something you can do simply by changing a value, they are things that can be done by invoking functions, since there are operations including finding memory on which write the characteristics of the object (otherwise, memory will be allocated) and other operations that differentiate from implementation, it would be very difficult if you don't know the assembly

What you need to do is find the function that generates the items, recognize the parameters of the function, and call it through the same calling convention.
You can spawn a thread using createThread from the AA (https://wiki.cheatengine.org/index.php?title=Auto_Assembler:createThread)
