How do I cheat?

Every time i try to do a first scan on any number, it pops an error "Scan error:controller:No readable memory found"

I am on the physical memory, and my first three in the extra tab in setting are checked.

If anyone could give me a hand on this, would appreciate it a lot, and if there's already an existing Vanguard Zero ce forum, love to take a look at it because currently I'm still searching for one.
