Cheat Engine

I'm using someone's cheat engine table for Dark Souls 2: SotFS.

I want to swap spells in my spells slots.
(Basically, instead of wasting levels for multiple spell slots, I use this CE table to swap the spell ID in the 1st spell slot by using hotkeys.)
The table already has an option for that, I only find spell ID and then select 1st spell slot in CE table, bind hotkey "set value to" [Spell ID],
the only problem is this:
The spell IDs change every time i restart the game, so I have to find the new IDs for the spells all over again. If i use the table with my custom hotkeys and previous values, it crashes.
