Perhaps you could shift click all the values in the structure and add to address list. then select all and change to the same type and same value and hope it doesnt crash then go to the game and come back and any value which isnt the value which you set is the ones that changed.
Do you just want to look at a single address? You could just use that address as the start address for searches with a slightly higher address to account for the structure.
Another thing you can do is right-click on the address and lock the memory. This copies the structure's data to another location. Then add a new column with the address to see the live data. Any differences will show in a different color. That along with moving addresses to groups is very handy. For instance you might want to freeze the data while a skill is available. Then use a skill so it is on cooldown and freeze the address a couple of more times, moving those to a group 'used'. Then add the address back when the skill is available again. The values for the offset of the cooldown will be one color in the 'useable' group because it's maxxed. The values in the other group will be another color because they are different.
