DBK VirtualQuery never worked

Since 6.7 i was encountering this error, now that i shifter to 7.0 the error remains Sad

So DBK uses RPM WPM AND VQ and communicates with usermode CE.
RPM and WPM are just behaving good, they ain't need a handle to read/write memory.

However when CE is without a handle opened and trying to Virtualquery in order to change memory protection page, this never works, either the hook or the driver is behaving wrong. (RPM/WPM do work though).

Take a look DB pls.
