How do I cheat?

Alright, I've been trying to enable DBVM or just normal debugger, but I keep getting the error "The driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not responding. I recommend to reboot your system and try again"
I've tried rebooting the system, doesn't work.
VT is also enabled in BIOS, secure boot is also off, CE is installed in C:\CE
So far, nothing has worked for me, still can't enable the DBVM
I've also check if Hyper-V is enabled or not, it's not enabled.
Tried running as Administrator, also tried Windows 7 Compatibility, disabling Anti-Virus, installing while antivirus is disabled, nothing so far has worked.
CE is unmodified & downloaded from CE official site.
I'm running out of idea why this happened.
Oh, also, it says that DBVM is supported on my system
Some help would be really appreciated.

Disable secure boot in bios and see if that works better

I used that one, it was an installer from cheatengine.org
