Hey i want my address to have the value "1" but when other address read that address i want it will treat the address as "2"
how do i do that?

You will allocate some memory and set value 2, from there change the codes that read the value and redirect it to the memory region

But i want my value to be 1 and only one address will Read that as 2

You'd have to patch the function that reads it to fake the value being read. Use the 'Find what accesses this address' feature of CE and modify the various functions that read the address by creating a cave or patched directly to assume the value is 1.
