reset ce's settings.
And try stretching CE out

and run

print("p5h="..MainForm.Panel5.Height)
print("alh="..AddressList.Height)
print("h="..MainForm.ClientHeight)

and post the result here

and check if there is an init.lua file in your translation folder. Perhaps it uses hardcoded values

p.s:
step1 click ceregreset.exe

step2: Scaling rate 175% click "Settings" the ce crash.
Scaling rate 125% click "Settings" the ce OK.
