Is there a way to automate the Scan function?

I followed the tutorials. And i can make get the pointers in a game to change the value of gold and other things.

But those pointers become ???? once i restart the game. So the only work around this is to make a script that automates the Scan for the value until it finds it. Is this possible? Anyone know of a tutorial that does this?
