So ive used Cheat Engine forever and its never failed me, never had any problems with it what so ever, im not sure entirely whats going on or any major updates to my computer because ive used the program no more then a month ago then i downloaded some new games from steam and stuff played them and beat them and decided id like to cheat in them now that i got the excitement of beating the game out of the way.
Well every single time i even double click the .exe file immediately after the 2nd click my computer crashes and i get a BSOD with the error
Worker thread returned at bad IRQL
ive looked at what the error is but non of my system experiences any of those issues my computer is very expensive and runs like a champ at cool temps and no surges it does phenomenally playing any game you throw at it. but as soon as you launch cheat engine my entire computer crashes and i have to restart, it operates just as normal after the reboot Cheat engine is the ONLY program to have ever crashed my computer and i would really love to use it like i always have.
Any help on this issue would be awesome thanks in advance.
