How do I cheat?

Hi , when i try to run cheat engine nothing happens. I deleted all antiviruses

and rebooth but it doesn't work! I am on windows 7.

If somebody can help i will give him my AnyDesk code on pm

run the badlion uninstaller and reboot

re-install windows or use the cheat engine's tool found in open file's folder
