(Sorry for weird links, I just signed up for this site so it's not letting me post urls)
I'm trying to cheat in monkey money in the pc version of Bloons TD 6

Here are the pictures the guy sent

Can I get some more noob friendly instructions? I have no idea where to start, I'm assuming the value he scans for is his starting monkey money but when I do that I get thousands of results, when he just gets one
