Could someone help me with a simple situation? I can change values in an online game, but these landings are not being saved permanently? How is it possible to make this change permanently?

Data on MMO's are generally handled server-sided (with a rare exception for some data like movement/speed/etc.). Generally, anything else like, health, gold, items, and so on are not handled on the client for traditional MMOs.

You will have to find other ways of altering things such as via exploits, packet injection to bypass typical client-side checks/restrictions, and so on. Using Cheat Engine generally does not work for the basics on MMOs like it does on single-player games.
