My Cheat Engine will not open up

open a command prompt in admin mode and run
Code:

net stop BadlionAntic
net stop BadlionAnticheat
sc delete BadlionAntic
sc delete BadlionAnticheat

and see if that works

if not, restart
(not shutdown, actually restart)

If that doesn't work, uninstall badlion and reboot

Let me know if the code above alone works or not
