I am playing Hyrule Warrors in CEMU. I have Small and Big Endian auto assembler in CE with MEM_MAPPED enabled and fastscan disabled. I found the money without issue by doing the exact then decreased value scan. I am having issue finding the health aspect because it is not numerical. It is similar to Breath of the Wild which they don't use number to represent the current status.
I found the address by decreasing and increasing value along gathering health potion to make sure it is the address for the health. However they are in 18 different addresses. and they all representing different numbers. I believe I found the address the related to health, so I freeze it to make sure it is. It is not working, it is still decreasing when I get hit. I am not sure if the address is hidden or I need to use different scanning option? I did use "Unknown initial value" for initial scan.
Anyone have idea that would help with this? I did found the auto assembler for Big Endian Float and Double. Reading it implied it is not recommend to use in 64-bit. As my understanding CEMU is 64-bit only. Would Big Endian Float and Double would help to narrow the address for Health? Or you have other suggestion?
Is that why the found address list is showing negative value because it is using the amount of damage taken? If that is the case, then it made sense. I would never thought negative values possibility the correct address for the health. The one out of 18 address is showing only in value, whereas the rest is showing in negative values. I will look into it to see if it works.
