I'm totally new at "creating cheats/hacks", i don't know where to start or where to go too. Lately, i've been thinking about creating an "No-Clipping" or "Out of Bounds" cheat/hack on a PS2 racing game (running on a emulator). With that in my mind, how can i possibly do it? Any suggestion? Any help?
