How do I cheat?

Hi,
I'm trying to find pointer for current hp and max hp. It's really easy to find correct address but I can't create pointer to this address.
I found these addresses (Please remove space for each image url, I can't post url):

when I select (on current hp) Find out what access this address I've got

The search result for hex: 2C1AE7C8

There is a green address so I choosed the first one (510F6F40) and I created pointer: 510F6F40 + 7C.

As you can see everything works but when I change character to the other one, the result is:

Pointer does not point to the correct address...but when I select again on current hp Find out what access this address, pointer works again:

I don't know why the game crashes when I select Find out what access this address for any not green address from search result for hex: 2C1AE7C8
What am I doing wrong?

according to http://i.imgur.com/6UIGUjo.png your next pointer and offset to find is one of:
add them both to address-list, tick the pointer check-box and add your first offset '7C' then right-click and see "what accesses this address" for both pointers.
(ensure you write the address thats holding the memory-location in pointer-box) (i.e. 2C831A*4)
| Code: | offset: 7C | offset: 7C
address: 2C831A44 | address: 2C831AC4 |
if one of them didnt show you anything is accessing it, then the other one is the right one ... repeat the steps until you get your pointer.
note:
if you are running 32-bit process on 64-bit windows os, then ensure the static address is not from Wow64Cpu.dll because this module is provided to support x86 emulation.

Ok I found the correct pointer, thank You for the explanation
It was little hard because the pointer has 16x offset 
|
