I successfully hacked one weapon ammo. I want to save that hack. how?

I want to hack health in this game using cheat engine. how so?

cheats are saved in .CT extension which is a text format and stands for Cheat Table.
you can save your cheat table by pressing ctrl+alt+s to save new file or ctrl+s to update existing one.
you can also click on: FILE -> SAVE (on the top-left-corner)

but keep in-mind:
- static addresses
- pointers
- scripts
may remain valid and can be used next time you launch CE and your game.

while:
- dynamic addresses
- scripts that hook non-module addresses
may not remain valid even while in game.

currently i cant.

have you tried 4 byte exact value?
if no luck, then try 1 byte exact value? (assuming game devs defined health as byte and its not aligned)

if no luck again, try 4 byte with increased and decreased.

when all else fails try changed and unchanged scans for all data types.

no, im not that kind of guy.

today you are playing this game and asking how to cheat / achieve and find, tomorrow you will play another game you are interested in and you will ask the same questions.

instead, try learn.
bunch of cheat engine text and video tutorials are shared everyday, unlike 15+ years ago where no good source to learn from. (there wasnt even a source)

im pretty sure some members here might know where to find txt and vid tutorials, and they will link the sources.

anyhow, i mentioned in previous post to start with cheat engine tutorial .. dark byte did great job in explaining stuff related to ce and general game hacking in his tutorial demo.

launch ce, you will find a tab (or menu list or whatever its tech name) called HELP.
there is 4 tutorials (mainly two) cheat engine tutorial and cheat engine tutorial game, start with cheat engine tutorial 32bit then go for 64bit both are same but instructions are different.

once you pass, go for cheat engine tutorial game both 32bit and 64bit.

I found the heath address(which keeps on changing every time when I launch the game), value is 85 when I am in wounded state in the game.

full heath is 145.

If i change the value to 85 to 145. and activate that value by clicking X in the box. Now resume the game still there is no change in the game. Please help me.

assuming its the real value, then see what writes to the address.
"find out what writes to this address" by right-clicking the address.

and since the value didnt update when you changed it manually, then it means either:

- instruction constantly writing to this address
or
- there is NO instruction CONSTANTLY reading/accesses the address to update it value
