Hehe, one April Fool's joke for another.

CHEAT ENGINE IS NOT EXPIRED, DON'T PANIC!, this will go away tomorrow. It's just an April Fool's prank, and you fell for it too.

CheatEngine is no different than before, it works all the same. If it was trial, don't you think there would be an option to register or buy it?

After seeing that the source code was still available, I realized it was a prank for sure. Why would you have the source code available if it was a trial version? How did people (even me) fall for it after using it for many years without limitation? Because you didn't see it coming.

$1200 a year seemed a bit ridiculous anyway, but I admit, I had to check. Dark_Byte got me too. I was actually about to disassemble the program to hack this out before I took a second to realize this was a prank.

Gotta admit though, it got me to finally find and register to the forum...
