sorry didn't find anyone report this one + if its not a bug + shouldnt post in this section+..... but its really annoying me.

on CE tutorial 64-Bit step 1
1- 4-byte unknown initial value scan.
2- compare to first.
3- value between x-y % scan.
4- decreased value scan.

this happens:
