Anyone know how to make some sort of file/script that writes the trainer to one PC and prevents it from being shared? or something similar along the lines of this..

I hope this is not about The Crew and online gameplay (locking coordinates). A quick search on what you posted/requested indicates exactly this.

Nope, got bored of The Crew, although I managed to bypass the anticheat system its no longer in my interest.. I made a color changer for NFS Most Wanted '12 ( since this game limits only 3-5 colors per car) , I wanted to send the trainer to a friend but prevent the trainer being sent further .

Trainer is harmless, acts as a copy-paste method, get car color (ex. gold) and paste onto another car that doesnt have gold color.

Tell your 'friend' not to share it? Other than that, one way might be to ask him for his IP/MAC address and incorporate a check inside your trainer and close if not equal. If he doesn't have a static IP, that could be a problem, but you should be able to use MAC address with access to CMD.
