It depends on the game... And please don't mention the game's name now.
There are tons of tutorials and I can't believe none of these helped you, nor that you have looked through all of them.
If you understand the basic concepts you won't even need a tutorial for every game. Only a decent brain is needed!

Thats the thing, I've been following the tutorials and i get to the pointer bit and none refresh, and I'm updating a bot thats pretty much 90% made i just need to replace the old offsets with new ones because the game had a patch, so yeah I was wondering if someone could point me in a good direction or tell me what I'm possibly doing wrong, or give me an example to work off, any of them would be fine.

How to tell you what you did wrong if you haven't even tried yet.
Additionally, a bit knowledge about programming and game engine concepts wouldn't be wrong. It's much easier to find what you need if you know how game developers "think".

Not sure if this is wrong or right, but this is what i've been doing to try find the offset i go to the memory viewer and ctrl+f Danger Factor
This picture should explain most of it
prntscr, com/drwkeb
I'm trying to wait for the list to show something, but nothing comes up so i can't find the offset :/
