Anyway to recover corrupted CT file??

Cheat engine crashed on me and after the crash I can no longer open my CT file. I had saved it maybe an hour or so before the crash, but I don't have a backup of it. The error I get when opening the CT file is "Stream Read Error", and in file explorer it says the file is now 0 bytes. Any idea how to recover it?

If it says 0 bytes then its gone.
