I am familiar with the Firefox App Multi-Fox, which allows you to multiple login a game/email account by running multiple sessions in either separate windows or tabs.
I want to know how I can use a paid, premium VPN to have a different IP address assigned to each different account.

I don't think thats possible. VPN companies keep track of your logins and you're only allowed once.

You may be able to accomplish this using a virtual machine setup and applying the VPN / proxy settings to each VM separately. (Never tried but it's worth a shot.)

Depends on the VPN service and how many IP's are allotted. You may have to subscribe to multiple services, but once done, it should be a simple matter of supplying the VPN credentials for each tab/window - assuming you're set up to do that. Not familiar with multi-fox or similar programs, but multiple executables should work as a workaround.

Most VPN's only allow one concurrent connection, but some offer advanced/more expensive plans with multiple concurrent connections.
