String value changes in cheat engine?

Say I have a string value like say "RRRRRRRR" but If i were to change it to say "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" the cheat engine just cuts some part of so it returns this "XXXXXXXXX" etc. How to put in the true value? Beginner here Surprised

Double click under ''Type'' on String[value] and change ''Length'' ?
