How do I cheat?

I am currently trying to use cheat engine with call of duty: black ops 3. Whenever i open the process in cheat engine, and tab back into the game, my fps will drop instantly from 60 (vsync on) to 20. tabbed out it is fine at 60. tabbing in will also automatically shift the process priority to low. this is only when cheat engine is open.

This is not a matter of poor hardware, as i am running a GTX 1080 OC and a higher end I5.

That game has so many anti-cheats, i wouldn't be surprised if they fuck it up.

You also need a lot of RAM for that game

I'm playing the offline version of the game, and i've heard of other people using it and not having issues.

I also have 12GB of RAM and am only having this issue when the process is open in cheat engine and i am in the BO3 tab.
