Hello guys i am using a speed hack on some of flash games and its used to be very fast but now its becomes not that fast its still faster then a normal but its not that fast as it was now its kind a slow , wanna know who effects that , i mean maybe widows update or something ? and how could i fix it ?
i think this happened after i reinstall windows on my laptop

that doesn't affect a speed , was using 20 times bigger speed and it was very fast but ones i reinstall my windows its become much slower with that speed and even if i raise up to 100 its still same as 20 i i ges 20 is a max or something , but before i reinstall my windows 20 was much faster then now

is it CE's fault? or maybe your comp cant handle 20x after your update
