If it's only a few characters long,
Code:
mov [ebp+08],'STRI'
mov [ebp+0C],'NGhe'
mov [ebp+10],'reTe'
mov [ebp+14],'stTe'
mov [ebp+18],'st'

If it's more than what you care to type out, you can use some library function like msvcrt.strcpy or make your own.
