Hello.

I have downloaded download/CheatEngine651NoSetup.rar but 7zip fails to open the file. It reports that it isn't an archive. Sad

Was this file created with a version of rar that 7zip doesn't support or did the file become corrupt?

you need to update 7zip, or get winrar5 or later
