Cheat Engine

Hello,
I recently downloaded the cheat engine apk and I wanted to try it out in a game called DomiNations (city-building, war game).

After many tries, having tried out all types of value and scan types, the new values I put in the adresses I found (which where 1-3 for each thing I searched, for example coins) didn't work.

I think that the "text" value type would do the trick, but the cheat engine app does not have a "text" value type (I don't know why).

Have any of you tried running the cheat engine on the same game? I want some suggestions on what else I could try out.
