No error, I go through the installation options and when it gets to the loading bar it just goes endlessly, after about 30 minutes I clicked the window to see if I could get it to respond, it locked up and stopped responding. I ended the process and tried again, same problem.

ult x64
16gb
9590
120gb ssd

Edit: I don't have an AV installed and I don't have the firewall enabled. I also tried running as Admin.

Fixed. I re-downloaded and attempted install yet again. It went through with no problem. I'm not sure if the file was fixed by the dev or what, but just in case, thank you very much.
