I've been having this issue since 6.2 and cannot figure it out myself. Perhaps a few more minds wrapped around this issue will help me solve it.

Exactly as the topic says, I have no interface show when I open the program. I cannot switch to it, or bring it to front. A photo is provided below to further explain.

If it's offscreen, then press alt+space when you've selected CE in the taskbar, and select "restore" or "maximize", whichever comes up.
It might be a Lua script that's hiding stuff automatically (check the autorun folder).
Reinstalling CE would probably help.
You can run ceregreset.exe.

Nothing was working but ceregreset.exe
