As far as I know, the only STD you can get by kissing is oral herpes, and that's only an issue if your immune system is weak as fuck, and even then, you can take medication to counter and/or prevent outbreaks. Herpes is not curable yet but it's like not even an issue if you have it. Odds are you already have it (it's estimated that about 20% of people have it).
Most STDs are easily curable. The only one that sucks is HIV but that one is actually very hard to catch. The odds of catching HIV from unprotected vaginal sex are less than 0,05% (it's higher for anal sex if you get sperm inside of your ass). The odds of encountering someone who is HIV-positive in the United States, are less than 0.005%, and the odds of encountering someone who is HIV-positive and doesn't know it are less than 0.0005%. So if you had unprotected vaginal sex with a stranger, the odds of catching HIV are less than 0,00025% (you'd have to have sex with 4 million people to catch it).
The odds of getting it from receiving a blowjob are much much smaller.

Note: these odds are based on people with HIV who are not on treatment. People on treatment have an even lower chance of infecting you.
