Ah!! U are little weak in English . Got it, sir CE can hack PC games, browser games and windows 8,10 games as well
In this forum u will find lots of tutorial + guide so start finding tutorials. U can use Google too... |

Can you tell me how you did it? Did you try fruity fortune plus aswell? Click on new and it should show up |

If the code is using Javascripting/flash then CE can hack it if the values are handled client-side. ASPX could simply be used for loading the page and not the game itself. I haven't checked the link so i don't know.
Not all browser games can be hacked. Like Rydian said

If a browser games stores data server-side you can't do jack to it
