Ok so i found the address 10BD8D7C but when i try to change its value the game doesn't react and if i do a new search for the value i find a new address.

I think the address i keep finding is not the right one
[example of what could be happening]
Let's say i am looking for the value 15 and i find it after many scans, let's say the game has 2 additional variables with (int)15/2 and 15%2, even if i change the value to 16 the game detects that 16 != 15/2*2 + 15%2 and my efforts are useless.

So, i need to find out how the game tricks me (the one above was just an example) but how do i do that ?

Don't worry, you aren't the only one that posts gh/programming related questions here.

As for your OP, the simplest explanation is you haven't found the right value and only a display value. Do an unknown value search and you will most likely find it.

If its an onlline game however, then you are pretty much hopeless as the game could be using server-sided values.
