so transaction was pruned from blockchain.info, for some reason. i got the raw transaction data and pushed it back, rebroadcasting the push to the network.
now it looks like it's back on blockchain.info. its been over 55.5 hours.

now it says confirmed by 2 blocks. that is 1/3rd of a complete transaction. finally, my 4 dollars will go through.
