3 episodes a day is usually around my limit. I just get very uninterested in the material if it's much longer than that.
Binge watching is hard...

May be your are trying to binge watch a show that you don't like. Try something that really holds your interest. For some book reading is what they enjoy for others it is Star Trek. Until you find something that makes you want to know what happened next it will always be a struggle to kill time.

things that make you reflect instead of expect are always more interesting and time consuming, then even when you finish such a thing you may even want to go back to it in the future, and it will fill your thoughts even when you aren't consuming it

So true. Since I watched breaking bad I have reflected on myself and have realized that given an opportunity and skill I would easily become drug manufacturer. And you start to think about how moral/ amoral you yourself are.
