so i am playing a game called "the showdown Effect" and i find the ammo value but each time i die it changes the adress, so i decided i wanted the pointer but i could not find it after looking for over a few hours. the codes value type is double so finding the code is very hard.

Most older guides on finding pointers manually don't take into account newer tools and game techniques, I generally recommend to just forget that old method even exists because it doesn't even work on tons of newer games (managed/JIT'd stuff and scripting languages).
