So PES 10 is my favourite of the series but it has one of the most stupid mechanics possible. Basically you have the potential to sign one of 5 scouts, which have different abilities. In short: level 1 scout gets you 3 max transfer attempts and level 5 gets you 5 max attempts. I want to get far more transfer attempts so that I dont have to keep resetting.

level 1 £40,000 (currency in pound)
level 2 500k
level 3 1,000,000
level 4 3,000,000
level 5 5,000,000

I would be very greatful if someone can figure this out. I have seen many trainers and editors but nothing that changes the number of negotiation attempts.

Have you tried finding the number of attempts left and editing that value to see if that works, first?
