Cheat Engine

Hi all,

I didn't know where to post this question exactly, sorry if it's the wrong place :/

I'm currently playing The Witcher 2 again, and this time I want all the abilities, so I'm doing it carefully.

I've been preparing for the Haggling ability by convincing the merchant to double his fee by using the Axii sign, and now I've killed the Keyran and got the reward of the quest, but I still don't have the Haggling ability in my list (double checked).

I've tried rebooting the game and the computer, loading a previous save and so on, but nothing happens.

Could anyone help me find a way to get it through Cheat Engine? I've been looking at all the "old" posts but I'm a little lost, I'd appreciate your help very much

P.S.: of course if anyone knows a way to get it without using CE it would be great
