Is there anyone who knows where i can get source for 32bit ce-lib?
I can only found for 64bit source on net.

Yes it is.
I cant compile the project because it is 64bit.
And i cant find 32bit version.

From the description the project says it is both 32 and 64bit. Did you miss a setting or something perhaps?

When i change project option to "Release 32-Bit", it said:
Compiler "D:\sc\laz\fpc\2.6.4\bin\i386-win32\fpc.exe" does not support target x86_64-win32.
When i compile ce, i have no error like that, everything is fine.
But ce are too complex for me to read, who not use to lazarus-pascal.

i386-win32 is the target you need (you'll need to fix that in the project options)

I have change the option to default, and it can compile.
There is still a lot warning, but i think it is fine.
When i change to i386-win32, it said that i have no ppx64.exe.
So i change it to default.
for atom0s or DarkByte or moderator:
May i change the thread title to "[CE-LIB] about"?
So i dont need to post new thread.
