What is the difference between "popcap.exe"+00003CBC and 00003CBC

Sometimes i found 00003CBC , and sometimes i found "popcap.exe"+00003CBC

"popcap.exe" is the module name whose base address is grabbed and +00003CBC is offset which is added to the base address giving the code location/address.

You can't simply find 00003CBC as an address because that would mean the base is 0 which is not possible. 00003CBC is offset without a base added
