In CE when I enumerate DLLs, it shows the functions for each dll.
What is the winapi used for this? How can I enumerate the function names for all DLLs?

SymInitialize , SymEnumerateModules64, SymEnumSymbols

yes, but some may be outdated. (e. g the one comming with the original windows xp doesn't have symenumeratemodules64)
it's recommended to include the latest version of dbghelp
