when you press the key it doesn't start notepad? (that it shows the key number instead of the character it represents isn't a problem)

Also you need to click "OK" in "Cheat Engine settings" window.
After you can use hotkeys "] [ / \" anywhere except "Cheat Engine settings" window. Maybe it's a bug or not but hotkeys don't work in this window.

It's the same problem as
http://cheatengine.org/mantis/view.php?id=324
But this form doesn't use CEFuncProc.pas for displaying hotkeys names.

And another display bug with "formhotkeyunit".

and see

"Shift+A"

just "Shift" (or Alt/Ctrl)
