Cheat Engine

Hi all,

I never faced this error before and it seems I can't find any fix to it.

Ive been using cheat engine on Sekiro GOTY and everything worked fine - all the addresses etc would show no issues and 2 days ago i fully wiped my pc and reinstalled everything but now when i try to search for addresses (unknown value + 4 Byte) eg my hp - I find alot of addresses but there are certain addresses which show in red as "CE Error : stream read error" and some of them constantly stay like that but a few others when i move the sliders up n down through the addresses they keep showing then going back to same error and i'm unable to progress through my project..

any help would be appreciated.

P.S - ive tried older and new versions of CE - i have VEH debugger on etc.
