You would have to (illegally) download DLC.

Most of the time it is not simply an on/off switch.
It is actual content that needs to be downloaded and installed.

And no one will be posting any links on where to download any. Smile

And you shouldn't post this question anywhere in the first place. It's not allowed to talk about unlocking DLCs or any paid content.
