Godmode can be that if you are attacked and they hit you 0 damage or if you have health over 500 mil so they never kill you

Well start off by searching for unknown initial value on 4 bytes then get hit so the value decreases then search for a decreased value and repeat until you are down to one address. May not be applicable for WoW being such a popular game prolly not hackable so easily.
