Yeah I'm the IT department in a building that has offices + factory. About 1100 users I think. Just started this job on the 1st.
I have a bachelors in systems and networks + 1.5 yrs experience in tech support/oncall technician.

i rather not do level 1 tech support after university

Just get a year's experience in IT where you also need to deal with non-IT people.
